"The property is beautiful and the inside looks nice but that’s where the positive ends. Upon arrival at 4:00 we could not enter because there was a cleaner there still cleaning. Upon entry, a half hour later, the floors were soaking wet and slippery. The garbages were not empty in the bathrooms. The bedding was not freshly laundered. "The 5 Acre Woods property was exactly as described and more. The property is very private due to the large lot and the many trees. Exactly what we were looking for. I loved that we could enjoy a wood fire both inside in the wood stove and outside in the fire pit. The inside has been updated and is very comfortable for a cooler rainy day if you don’t want to venture outside. But the outside is where the property really shines. "Exactly what we were looking for ... a wonderful charming cottage with everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone and the bunkies are great for spreading out. We love the fall and did enjoy a little quieter time of year. All had a great time in the water and we did some fishing ... everybody had a great time. Will make this a regular family gathering !!"

"The property location and facilities are all excellent for all age groups. We enjoyed our stay. Like most places, there were a few minor repairs to attend to but our list was received positively.
