"Beautiful property in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Located on a farm in the Higher Tregawne area. Perfect for a weeks stay, our converted barn was well equipped & had beautiful views across the north Cornish countryside. A nice touch was to find a selection of goodies incl. wine on our arrival. It would have been nice to meet our hosts at least once during our stay but unfortunately this wasn’t to be. Overall though, great value for money & we really enjoyed our stay."

"This property is in an excellent location within a few minutes walk to the harbour / town centre & the addition of private parking a big bonus The property itself was immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly need , we couldn’t think of anything it didn’t have - the icing on the cake are the views …spectacular at sunrise- thank you Leafy Hollow team , we would definitely recommend & book again."

"The combination of accommodation and location made for an absolutely perfect trip. I cannot fault the house. It had everything we needed and the games room was a massive hit! As for the surrounding area there were plenty of amazing places to eat and drink. Cannot wait to come back to Wobbly Cod!"

"We stayed at Keepers Cottage for 6 days in early October. The cottage, although very compact, has everything you need, and more. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to facilities for your dogs. The secure exercise field was an absolute favourite with Nougat and Sully, our two bull terriers, they were just so excited to go in there each morning, and last thing each day. Its also great having a safe enclosed area outside the front of the cottage for them to do their business....

"Our entire stay was fantastic, the home owner Suze was amazing in helping with our arrangements for our small wedding - private chef Adrian was superb, housekeepers were amazing at helping us understand how the house worked and also took in our shopping! We even managed a couple of dips in the very fresh sea to start the day! A magical break enjoyed by all.. We have recommended to several friends and family and will hopefully stay again soon. "

"Barthek means wonderful in Cornish. I stay in rental properties often, usually arranging week-long vacations with family and friends. RockSalt is among the very best. Plenty of space, iconic view of the Cornish countryside, equipped with everything (and it all worked easily.) We had no hassles and the owner answered our questions quickly and throughly, obviously wanting us to have a wonderful time in a wonderful area of Cornwall."

"Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with...

"It was an absolutely lovely experience and grate place to stay. The most disappointing thing, esotericism on a holiday advertised for kids, is that you can only get 1 hour slots at the pool per day. Yes the pool is emptier when you're there but 1 hour is just not enough! Plus you have to drive to get anywhere else that's kids friendly. So if that changed my rating would improve."

"Nice little bungalow in a quiet area of Polzeath. Furniture was comfortable. Well fenced in garden for the dog to enjoy. Issue with toilet that was speedily fixed. Very steep gravel access road, not for the faint hearted. Overall a good property at a fair price, I would stay again."

"We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. "Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. "My family and I had an amazing week in the Old Watermill. The property is really special and kitted out beautifully. We had a full range of ages staying and everyone had a great time. We had no issues during the week, but Sophie was on hand when we had questions and needed help with anything. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
