We were woken up most days at 7 am by guests staying in the room above running across the floor above us and what sounded like dragging things across the floor and as well as guests having conversations outside our ground floor window. "It was raining as I drove up to the entrance. No assistance were given, I had to carry all my own belonging despite the continued downpour. As I reached the supposedly “automatic” door, it wouldn’t open. One staff had to run over to open it manually. Then i saw a total of 4 staff there, the one who opened the door offered to help carry my luggage but i refuse seeing that once i got inside the building the worst part should have been over. The other 2 staff were talking behind the reception...
