"This is a lovely house. It was ideal for the family gathering we had which included 8 adults and 5 kids aged 3 to 16. The pool is great and looks in real life exactly as on the pictures and so does the rest of the outside facilities. Overall the property is very clean, the bedrooms are nicely sized and all have their own bedrooms. The owner and the property manager are very responsive. I would go back there in heartbeat !"

"We had a fantastic week at Villa Eda, an immaculate property that exceeded our expectations, apart from the lack of a hand whisk in the kitchen. Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. The property’s isolation was perfect for us, although the 10-minute drive on an uneven gravel track requires a car with good suspension. "The villa was perfect for our holiday with family and friends. The villa was in a cluster of about 5 houses in the country but only 5 minutes drive to a few little towns. We really enjoyed taking the bikes (provided by the villa) around the locals area each day. We used both houses which fitted us all in very comfortably (15). All the rooms were clean with a fantastic shabby chic, traditional style. The kitchens were very well equipped and we loved the outdoor kitchen in the pool house too....

Most impressed we were with the care that Barbara and her brother took to welcome us and to promptly help out with some minor issues. The surroundings of the villa are very quiet and peaceful. The pool, veranda and gazebo are great. With the car it is about 15 min to Labin and 25 to the beaches of Rabac."
