"This house was amazing, we had a short issue with the temperature of swimming pool but Fabricio manage it directly. "We have learned that the air condition symbol doesn’t mean that there is air condition in the rooms. This villa consists of two houses - a bedroom house with 4 bedrooms - all not in direct contact with the air condition in the living room. The same goes for the pool house with one bed room. The bureau was so friendly to pay for the three air vents we bought to manage the nights with 25+ degrees in the bed rooms. "What an incredibly beautiful property with first class service at all levels from check in, concierge, restaurant, spa/gym. Our room was beautiful, sumptuous and VERY quiet. Great view of the water (floor two). Easy walk to old town and the numerous bars, restaurants. Highly recommend this 16 and older resort property"

"Charming hotel in the heart of Pula. Excellent service by the hotel staying up late for our late night arrival and arranging a taxi to pick us up at the airport. Relieved much travel stress. Breakfast was great with many fresh options and again hotel staff very helpful and accommodating allowing us to store our luggage while we walked the city. "

Comfortable stay at one of the gems of Istria

"Overall a comfortable stay at a great location with all the amenities you can ask for. In my opinion, the best hotel in the area. The staff at the reception and concierge were extremely helpful to advise and recommend best places to eat, spend time in and around the hotel. Overall 10 out of 10 for the staff. Special mention to the folks at the Camp Aureo Restaurant - Zehljko and his team we had a wonderful tasting dinner. They even customised the food off menu for our daughter. "

"It was amazing stay. Hotel give much more then expected in every segment. I would highlight cleanest and quality of breakfast. But what make this hotel one of best place I ever stay is personal. Everybody is so friendly and helpful that from first minute walking in, you have feeling like when you visiting best friends. "
