"Property was clean but staff was limited in their ability ro understand english. A/C did not work and beds where all singles. Overall, i would stay here in a pinch but it would not be my first choice."

"Sehr schöne Ferienanlage, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, sehr schöne und gepflegte Gartenanlage, sehr freundliche Besitzer, alles da was man braucht. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, nur 2 Tassen obwohl die Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen ausgelegt ist. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen. "

"Beach side property. We rented a small villa. The villa was great. We were able to dine indoors or on the patio. The beach is well kept and we had access to chairs and parasol. This resort is made for a relaxing vacation "

"i was travelling with my parents, my sister and her two kids. The flat was more spacious than we expected. In addition to the kitchen area, there was a second dining area in the the large balcony. We found the apartment finishes a little bit outdated. The TV, the sliding door to the balcony and the kitchen sink were not working properly so we pointed that out to the receptionist who called a mantainance team to fix the issues promptly the first day. We had two cars and it was convenient to...

"Picture Butlins in the 70s, the place was like a childrens camp some form of PGL maybe. It was really weird the owners have an obsession with gnomes, bunting and hand painted animal signs. The land in which it is situated is flat and not much to do around (locally). The pools were very nice but have changed somewhat since the pictures were taken for expedia. I would not stay here it is geared up for the Italian family market not Couples. The rooms were odd our room had a little cooker and sink...

"We enjoyed the hotel spaciousness and loved the little village, it was also close to the little seaside town of follonia which was fun . Had a great seafood meal there . In the little village bought hand made cutting board made from local olive wood. My complaints were the wifi did not work in the rooms and the bed was way to hard for my comfort as were the pillows"

"The villa was incredible, and allowed our entire family to stay together. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, beaches, and trails by car or bicycle. But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. "The staff were kind, positive, pleasant and will to help. A person in my travel party arrived in the breakfast hall only a few minutes before closing time. Rather than just start closing up a staff member was kind enough to ask us if we needed more time. Consequently, the breakfast was presented well and was very well rounded with a great assortment of hot and cold options. They have large elevators, underground parking, and many other amenities that a modern hotel should have. Finally, I noticed that a number of the teams that often place in the middle/lower tier teams of the Italy professional league have chosen/choose to stay in this hotel, so I’m certain it’s been vetted extensively. I know where I will go next time I’m in Grosetto."

"There are no words to describe how amazing this property is! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They greeted us by name, which was absolutely wonderful. We were given a tour of the property followed by lunch. The food at this Castello is simply divine. Everything is farm-to-table and they only use the highest of ingredients. Our rooms were also just spectacular. We stayed in the Vicario Suite, Suite Sprone & the Spa Suite. All three were amazing, however the Spa Suite was really special. The amenities in our rooms were wonderful as well. You can tell that management has thought of every last detail to make the guests stay a five star experience. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation and we cannot wait to return! "
