"This was our first time in Pamplona and didn't know what to expect but we needn't have worried. As soon as we stepped into the hotel our worries were found less. We were greeted by one of the biggest smiles we've ever seen on a receptionist. Check in was seamless and we were also given map of the area, with recommendations. If the entrance to the hotel took our breath away our room left us speechless! It had everything thing we needed and more! It was so big and comfortable, it was a shame we were only staying one night. Every member of staff that we met made us feel so welcome and they were focused on making our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area "
