"Die Mitarbeiter haben mit ihrer gästeorientierten und sehr freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Art bewiesen, dass es ihn doch noch gibt; den perfekten Kunden- bzw. Gästeservice. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und hatte Extras, mit denen wir nicht unbedingt gerechnet hatten. Von der Regendusche über das tolle Bett bis zum Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank etc. im Zimmer hat alles dazu beigetragen, dass der sehr angenehme Aufenthalt noch angenehmer wurde. Lediglich würden wir beim nächsten Mal ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite wünschen, da man bei geöffneten Fenster nachts jedes Wort hört, das die rauchenden Gäste im Eingangsbereich sprechen. "

"Excellent place to stay! The staff there was excellent! Although we had a bit of a language problem (my German is rusty and the staff did not speak much English) Our stay was wonderful. Great place to stay if you are heading to Herrenchiemsee or Frueninsel (I recommend both!). The cost was lower than staying in Prien. Parking in Gstadt was a short walk to the ferry. Breakfast buffet was typical continental with fresh bread and rolls, lunch meat, boiled eggs, cereal, yougurt, tea and coffee. No problem getting filled up for a day of sightseeing. I definitely would recommend!"

"A very nice hotel. No A/C was the reason it missed 5 stars. Our Junior suite was nice and roomy, nice bathroom and good mattress. Other then the initial problem at check in we only met great people working there. Breakfast is probably the best you’ll get within 100km. Al in all a very nice stay and we certainly will chose it again once we need to visit our Bavarian family roots again. "

"Overall, an “ok” stay- Our hotel room had carpeted floors, which felt unclean and there were wrappers under the bed that hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom was clean and the room service was good. We traveled with a small child in a travel crib and both mornings upon wakening we noticed she had been bit overnight on her arms and face- even when we slept with the windows closed! We never saw any bugs or flies but this really soured our experience. The pros of this place include the restaurant and the location, there’s no easier place to stay in town and it’s very convenient. The staff was nice and helpful. The view from the room is beautiful. No air conditioning but there’s a nice fan in each room. "
