"Stayed 2 nights in April 2017 at the chalet and really enjoyed the stay. It is clean and cozy and has all the creature comforts of a home. The owner of the chalet, Mr.Thomas was very prompt in answering all the queries prior to the booking and during the stay to ensure that the stay was comfortable. "Wir waren nur von Freitag bis Sonntag in der Unterkunft, wofür diese ausgereicht hat. Für einen längeren Zeitraum wäre die Unterkunft unserer Meinung nach zu klein (gerade die Schlafzimmer. Außerdem hat der Gasherd nicht funktioniert und auch vorab die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, da wir noch etwas zahlen sollten was eigentlich gar nicht mehr offen war und wir dann mehrfach den offenen Betrag erklären mussten. Außerdem hatten wir fast Pech mit dem Check in dieser ist an der Rezeption nur...

"Die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Chalets entsprechen nicht der Beschreibung und rechtfertigen keinesfalls den Preis. Der Garten ist ungepflegt, der Parkplatz vor dem Chalet wegen unbeschnittener Bäume kaum nutzbar. Die auf den Fotos gezeigte Sitzecke kann allenfalls ohne Kissen (voller Schmutz und Schimmelflecken) genutzt werden. Im Haus selbst war es so schmutzig, dass unsere Kinder (15 Monate) bereits 30 Minuten nach Ankunft komplett schwarze Socken und Kniee hatten. Wir haben dann selbst...

"Was störend war, dass wir nicht nur die Kosten für den Trailer zahlen mussten, sondern auch noch zusätzliche Kosten an den Ferienpark. Dies wurde vorher bei der Buchung angekündigt, aber die gezahlte Summe für den Ferienpark war um 50,00 € höher als angegeben. Die zusätzlichen Kosten für den Ferien- park fanden wir mehr als hoch und ärgerlich war, dass es noch teurer war als vorher angegeben."

"Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnessbereich und Schlafräume waren ok. Der Küchenboden knarrte oder gab teilweise nach. Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht nutzen. Alternativ konnte man einen alten Ventilator gebrauchen. Küche ist umfangreich mit alten Geräten ausgestattet. Zusammenfassend haben wir aber ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende verbracht."
