LAYOUT OF THE VILLA

Very spacious entrance with toilet and large storage room / utility room, ideal if you come from the beach. Spacious living room with piano, flat screen television (can be hidden in cupboard), gas heater and sitting area. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a Nespresso machine, gas stove and combi oven. The dining area has a 10-seater dining table. The patio doors give access to the terrace.

Due to the low thresholds and a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom on the ground floor, the villa is also suitable for the disabled (contact us for more information).


Bedrooms and bathrooms

In total there are 6+ bedrooms. Perfect for families with children (maximum 10 people + 2 small children under 3 years).

On the ground floor there is a luxurious bedroom with a king-size bed (180x210) and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom with Kingsize bed (180x210) is located on the first floor and has a private bathroom with a spacious bath, shower and double sink. On this floor there is also a double bedroom and a study/work room with an extra bed. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

In the basement are two bedrooms. One with Kingsize bed (180x210) a bedroom with 2 single beds. In the relaxation area there is also a sleeping area separated by cupboard walls with a double bed, a sitting area, play area for the children and an infrared sauna. In the basement there is a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.


Outside

The large, partly covered terrace faces south. Through the pantry you come to a small terrace on the east in a dune pan, where you can enjoy the early morning sun with your cup of coffee.
