The upstairs neighbors unfortunately were very easy to hear, and there were children playing with balls until quite late at night, around 22-23. She even gave us recommendations for restaurants and also, they were willing to accommodate our bags overnight while we took an overnight trip to the beach. Very responsive in WhatsApp. Don’t let the facade and entrance to the hotel fool you. It’s very nice and everything you want to see within walking distance. "

But the owner did provide private parking at an extra cost so i wouldn't have to find street parking for my rental which was not a European compact car (ie. "The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodated an early checkin. The room looked to be newly remodelled, very clean and modern. Breakfast was lovely with homemade cakes/muffins each day, fresh fruit, toast, yogurt and more. Although the street itself is not atmospheric, you’re less than 5 mins walk away from restaurants, cafes and shops and the hosts were very helpful in offering up suggestions and providing directions."

"Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."

Free secure car parking included 4. Good air conditioning allowing good sleep Negatives: 1. Washing machine available but must pay 5 euros to access - this additional cost wasn't mentioned when booking the room. 2. Opening car park gate is a pain as you need to physically get out the car to unlock it with a key. Would be better...
