"Excellent! Tracey is a sensational host. Clearly communicates and adds the 1%ers. We arrived to a hand written welcome note and a box of chocolates, a lovely surprise. The house is well equipped with cooking equipment, board games, towels, tea towels and the ability to use the washing machine and dryer. The main living areas are airconed and fans provided for the bedrooms. We stayed 4 nights and needed the fans for 2 nights. There is Netflix, and wifi, both very handy. The location is a car ride from town & the beach. A walk to a park, I'd consider it well located. It was clean and tidy. Nice outdoor area, secure yard for your dog or toddler too. "
