"On this website this hotel is a PET FRIENDLY property. We booked a Pet Friendly room but upon arrival were told the room we booked was not pet friendly. They wanted us to move to a much smaller room which we refused to do. They then told us that we would not be allowed in the dining or bar area with our puppy and if we wanted to order anything we would have to stay in our room and order room service. "Everything was great about bushman’s. Staff were friendly and kind and the cabins were beautiful and modern. Only thing we had a bit of trouble with was a trainee at the desk who kept being left by himself and he clearly hadn’t yet been trained in some of the basic info so made it a bit difficult to get clear answers but he was lovely and tried very hard to help. Otherwise, no complaints "

Spiders had spun their webs everywhere resulting in us having to ask the reception desk for spray to kill them, so this was a big no no to housekeeping. Dining area staff seemed absent minded throughout the four days there. Tranquil and refreshing overall although I found myself wishing that I had booked into a mainstream hotel on several occasions."
