"Hotel Seville was a dream hotel in Edelweiss room with a wooden canopy bed and a million dollar view! The food and service were excellent! Parking was scarce and bringing luggage through the cobblestone streets was difficult for us! We love everything about Gruyeres!"

"The motel is virtually connected to the train station making it very convenient. All facilities are modern, in good condition, and very clean. There are quite a few restaurants and other services within easy walking distance. We are thinking of extending our stay for two more nights because of the central location in western Switzerland. If you are not familiar with the Swiss transit system of trains, boats and busses, it is amazingly easy to navigate— and this hotel is less expensive than others in the more iconic visitor destinations. "Great view from restaurant. Restaurant was expensive and also the in room mini bar. Not a good restaurant for picky eaters. Lots of flies during our visit. Would not recommend rooms facing the road. Odd electrical outlets requiring a specific plug. Yes, it’s the 240 European outlet, but the round plug doesn’t fit. It must be the slim two prong plug. Hotel shares parking lot with gas station and car dealership but didn’t have a problem parking. What the hotel lacked the scenery made up for. "
