"Was a lovely location however on the listing there was an outdoor spa bath that was no longer there. Oven still had dirty trays in it. Beds were very comfortable. Lisa was very accommodating allowing an early check-in and a late check-out"

"Stayed for two nights in The Loft at Hepburn Springs and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The Loft is located walking distance from the 'main street' of Hepburn Springs and a short drive to Daylesford. We went for a morning walk and got great coffee and saw kangaroos and ducklings. Everything we needed was available in the accommodation, the aircon was on for us when we arrived and our stay was comfortable and relaxing. "

"Fabulous house on the lakes edge. Amazingly comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen & bathroom amenities. All bedrooms with ensuites work perfectly for families or friends travelling together. Great walking trails around the lakes just outside the front gate. 15-20mins walk into the township of Daylesford. Lots of stairs over 3 levels so not suited to anyone with mobility issues. A few minor issues that come with rentals (cleaning & maintenance but nothing serious) Would definitely stay again."

"This property is inaccurately portrayed in many ways. There is no balcony, the barbeque is unusable due to rust everywhere, the bath is pink and disgusting, the garden has not been maintained, the windows need a clean, the cutlery had to be washed before being used, one of the two frying pans is very badly scratched and can't be used, the path you can see in the photos is half overgrown, and the list goes on. In summary, this property is poorly maintained and the only good thing to say is the...

"The area is lovely and quiet, and yard was secure for my dog, but overall I was very disappointed in our stay. The stay included the oven, fridge and TV not working or stopping working, and I expected a cleaner house for the cleaning amount included in the price. The property manager was very communicative and responsive."

"Fontaine is a beautifully appointed house in the heart of town. The kitchen is well stocked with a good range of cooking utensils and crockery, a cosy living area, and a wonderful outdoor area to eat meals in summer. The heating/cooling system worked a treat. Fontaine provided us with a lovely space to relax and unwind, and explore Daylesford by foot!"

"We were lucky staying this property in autumn. View from windows were just perfect. Property is very clean and has character. Owner is very friendly and response was quick. I recommend this property for 2 couples, family of 4 with pets. The best thing is not too far from city. However experience is totally countryside’s relaxing getaway."
