"The hotel is five star for Bulgaria. Responsive, pleasant, and attentive staff, food was plentiful and varied, however there is little change from day to day. As typical in the region beef is not the best and other choices were overcooked. Still, there was enough choice to find a satisfying meal. Their indoor and outdoor mineral pools are very nice. "Dette hotel er slet ikke et 4 stjernet hotel. Først og fremmest havde vi bestilt et værelse med udsigt til havet. Dog fik vi et værelse med udsigten til skov og klipper. Havet kunne kun ses meget lidt hvis man gik ud på terrassen. Derudover var værelserne ikke rene. Der var edderkoppespind og døde myrer indenfor. Det værste var, at selve toilettet var meget urent. Det var tydeligt at toilettet ikke var gjort rent i lang tid. Der blev sendt en rengøringsdame da vi ringede til receptionen og...
