"Located at the old town, the hotel is walkable to all the main attractions and shoppings in Bukhara. Staff are very professional in assisting us during our stay. Room is spacious and the hotel itself is beautiful. We enjoyed everything about this hotel."

"Very friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful but I would say that the property is over trading and in need of proper updating. It’s rated four star, this maybe because of the pool and spa facilities on offer but the gym could not be used during the day as way too hot, bedrooms, at least the ones I saw, were small, tired and did not have fridges or secure safe facilities and overlooked building utilities but were all charged at European 3* rates. But equally I did not visit other Bukhara hotels so I can’t compare but in comparison to Samarkand and khiva, the accommodation was poor. "

"This review is for Imperial Palace Hotel. Old Bukhara hotel was undergoing renovations when we arrived at the facility. Murad took us to the Imperial Place Hotel, less than 100 meters from the place. It is a convenient and clean facility with wonderfully helpful staff!!"

"Love the area. It’s ideal for people traveling with backpack and no heavy luggage to take on staircases. One thing that bothered me was that we paid usd 18 for tourist taxes for 3 nights and employee wanted to give us only 1 night receipt. Point being that honesty must be displayed by staff to be respected."

"The hotel is located at 2 minute walki from Labi Hauz and best restaurants of the city. All major tourist attractions are located within 5-15 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast options are good. The back yard where you can have your breakfast is quiet and beautiful. All the staff especially Mr. Ilyos are kind, professional and super helpful. If I go back to Bukhara, I would definitely stay there again."
