"Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."

"Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking. "

"Kedves fogadtatásban volt részünk. Részletes tájékoztatást kaptunk a szolgáltatásról és a környékről. Makulátlan tisztaság fogadott mindenütt. Kényelmes volt az ágy, tiszta vizkőmentes a fűrdőszoba. Bőséges, friss a reggeli, és isteni finom kávé. A szauna csak a mi kedvünkér lett egy órára felfűtve. Nagyon jó volt az is. Legközelebb, ha Bükre jövünk, csak itt foglalunk ismét! Köszönjük szépen!"
