Charming completely independent farmhouse composed of several farm buildings, classified 4 stars. The property is located near the Drôme Provençale, in the Vaucluse 10 minutes from Vaison la Romaine, on a large property of 5 ha with private pool, garden, meadow, forest and orchard. Clear view of all sides on the surrounding countryside; no vis-à-vis, calm and serenity assured. You will be fine in any weather and can choose your location for lunch in the shade of lime trees or under the terrace sheltered by strong heat, have a drink at the end of the day while sharing a game of Bocce or around the pool. admiring the sunset.

In the immediate vicinity of Villedieu, typically Provençal village (grocery store, restaurants, nice place ...) and 8km from Vaison la Romaine. In Vaison, you will find all the possible shops, a typical and famous Provençal market, excellent craftsmen and of course the Roman historical site, the cathedral and its pretty cloister and the lovely old town.
Ideally located to discover the Drôme Provençale, the villages of the Luberon, the gorges and caves of the Ardèche, Isle sur la Sorgue and its antique dealers, the Ventoux and the Baronnies, Avignon, Orange ...

A restfull week in a beautifull and comfortable house
We (a Flemish family with adult children ) spent last september a week in this beautifull mas near Vaison la romaine. Though Vaison is very crowdy and touristic, the house is far enough from it to be very quiet and peacefull. Lots of places to see and things to do in the region. We loved it.

Super vakantie op rustige locatie
Het huis was super en comfortabel voor onze familie. 9 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Een extra grote frigo is misschien te overwegen voor grote families of groep want alles koud houden is niet makkelijk met 1 grote en 1 kleine frigo . Voor de rest is het huis top

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! La maison et l’extérieur sont encore plus beaux que sur les photos! S’il y avait quelque chose à améliorer: mettre la climatisation à l’unique chambre qui n’en possède pas, et ajouter quelques transats/faire le tri de ceux qui ont déjà bien vécus. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour le charme, le confort, le calme et la belle vue tout autour de la maison!

Goede ligging
Het verblijf ligt in een prachtige regio en mooi afgelegen zodat het rustig vertoeven is. De woning is ruim genoeg voor 10 personen. De ontvangst en contact met Sylvie was héél goed. Bij problemen staat ze steeds meteen klaar voor hulp. Er is wel een grote schoonmaakbeurt nodig wat voor die prijs toch wel verwacht wordt. Hier en daar zijn er in het huis nog wel wat onderhoudswerkjes. Wij hebben wel een mooie vakantie gehad.

Le charme provençal
L' emplacement, la tranquillité, la piscine et la terrasse couverte : tels sont les principaux atouts de cette résidence. Mais : la description n'est pas (plus) correcte : il n'y a pas trois mais seulement deux téléviseurs, le système audio n'était pas détectable, Il y a un entretien en retard: plusieurs lampes sont défectueuses, un drain d'une douche était bouché par des cheveux, des carreaux décousus, une peinture à rafraîchir, un des climatiseurs faisait pas mal de bruit, il manque un nettoyage en profondeur... ça doit être mieux pour en valoir la peine quatre étoiles. Malgré ces commentaires, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !

A large and beautiful Mas, and very helpful owner
The house has been beautifully restored and extended, with a great range of equipment, lovely sized pool, choice of terraces for eating etc. all in about 5 acres of completely private land. Perfect for very large families, friends etc. The location is excellent (albeit it was a little hard to find on first arrival!), being only a 20 minute walk into Buisson, which now has a bistro, and a few minutes drive to Villedieu, with 3 restaurants/bars and a very good shop. Vaison, a beautiful market town with all facilities and a great Tuesday market, is only about 15 minutes drive.. Aircon is also a bonus in the high temperatures we have seen in the last couple of weeks! One warning: take plenty of mosquito repellent as there are no mozzie screens at the doors or windows and we did get bitten quite badly over a couple of nights. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay (apart from the bites!), Thank you Philippe and Sylvie.

Cadre et environnement parfait mais ..
Très jolie propriété bien située et au calme, l’agencement de la maison est bien pensé . MAIS le nettoyage des salle de bains , wc, terrasse ( nettoyée par nos soins )… bref de toute la maison laissait vraiment à désirer ! Les lits métalliques de piscine étaient en mauvais état et pas tous utilisables .

Séjour de rêve
Calme absolu, la campagne tout autour, champs, vignes, bois, une vue magnifique, la Provence et tous ses ingrédients. La maison est arrangée avec goût et confort; l'âme des propriétaires est présente partout. On se sent chez soi. Les plus: la piscine et le terrain de boules, où nous avons passé toutes nos soirées. Tout le monde a adoré, sans compter les charmes des environs. Nous recommandons sans hésitation, et reviendrons sûrement!!!

Le Mas est tel qu'imaginé, non, il est bien mieux !! Toute la famille (3 générations) s'est retrouvée dans cette très belle demeure au coin d'un feu de cheminée, pour de joyeux repas autour de la grande table et lors de longue promenades dans le campagne provençale. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié Vaison et la distillerie de lavande que nous avons visité, les chambres d'un grand confort et le charme des lieux. Nous recommanderons tous ce Mas, sans hésitation!

the perfect place!
This house is exactly as shown in the pictures and even better. We stayed a week with 3 teenagers and had a great family time. Perfect pool (with alarm instead of horrible fence), super outdoor kitchen were we spend most of our time. And lot's of space indoors as well. I can imagine this place being ideal for a bigger group as well, and also cosy in the colder season. Geat fridge with ice-cube maker.Table tennis, jeux de boule, it's all there. And close to good supermarkets. No other houses in sight or hearing! We hope to come again.

A beautiful old farmhouse in a wonderful setting
This beautiful old farmhouse is well equipped, in a very tranquil setting with great views east (towards Mt Ventoux) and west. Its located a twenty minute drive from Vaison la Romain with its extensive Roman remains, medieval town and busy weekly market. Much nearer at hand (2.5 kms.) is the charming village of Villedieu with 2 restaurants and a cafe all grouped in a shaded village square. One evening a week a van calls selling excellent pizzas and moules frites, which you can eat at a table in the cafe. On the way to Villedieu you can stop at the Cave Cooperative and buy 'Templier', the very reasonably priced, excellent local Cote du Rhone Village red. The Owners and their local managing agent could not have been more helpful. 3 generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Mr & Mrs C, Berkshire.
