"The hotel is located in the conference center / area area. It’s a 35 minute walk from the main train station. However, there are trams and bus routes outside which can take you there also. My room was available early and it was great to be able to check-in when I arrived. The room was lovely and extremely comfortable. I appreciated having coffee and tea making facilities as I stayed for two nights. There was also a few complementary items in the mini-bar (water, beer, juice, pepsi and peanuts). Breakfast was included in my rate and they had a great selection of items. It is served in a bright airy room on the 3rd floor. I appreciated being able to take some items with me on my last day as I left at 7.15am. I had my own reusable coffee container but a staff member gave me a small cardboard container to use. I also had a drink one evening at the bar and the lady serving (I don’t remember her name) was extremely welcoming. As I was alone I appreciated her friendliness. The location of this hotel would be ideal if you were attending a concert or event at the arena. It’s also a good location, if you like to walk as I do or of you want to avail of the public transport. "

"Having discovered this hotel quite a few years ago I always try to book it if it’s available as it is quite superb.Great location and easy to find.Large free car park and always friendly reception staff,this time it was the charming Katerina who had a genuine persona and couldn’t have been more helpful.Very large room plus with added bonus of a bathtub.A nice welcome touch is the glass bottle of complimentary sparkling water.Saving the best comment for last, breakfast (most important meal of the day)You are spoilt for choice with the huge selection of hot and cold items.It is very rare in mainland Europe to get a good selection of hot cooked items for breakfast but perfectly prepared scrambled eggs,two types of sausages and bacon!! As a Englishman the only thing lacking was baked beans.The final nice touch is you are able to grab a takeaway coffee as you depart.Thank you to the owners, management and of course all the wonderful staff."
