Guest Houses in Bugesera District

"No cold or hot water at all, a lot of mesquites in side the room, window has gab not secured, if requests anything they will say ok but never show up. Finally they bring me water by buckets and they have two dogs at compound at night time crying for the whole night. I was there for 8 day3 I am really disappointed "

There were no restaurants near, if we went out, we would have had to have an escort. The young woman in charge looked at us as if we were strange due to the fact, after seeing the location, we backed out of staying in the motel. It was the best home or business in the area that we saw. But...
