Cell service isn’t great at the cabin, which is actually quite lovely to have an opportunity to disconnect! Don’t miss the sunrises over the lake and the star gazing at night. "Our family and friends have been planning our stay for the eclipse viewing for over a year. We stayed at the wonderful Cabin on the Creek about 45 minutes from Waco, where we planned to view. It was a perfect relaxation spot that was just a short drive away from our eclipse viewing spot. Very private, very clean, everything provided for family meals. We highly recommend it."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff Crystal and Ethan were amazing!! They helped make our stay and activities enjoyable. Loved that all the animals had names. Morning greetings fromJake were sweet and learned to never turn your back on Thumper LOL!!! Bear is such a sweetheart and really enjoys riding the golfcart. It was nice to meet Mr Rowdy too. There’s a couple of big porches with a beautiful view! Pet friendly, so I was able to bring my dogs. They loved exploring the property, & plenty of room to run. "
