"The front desk attendant Miguel is one of the nicest people we've met in the city. He offers many helpful transportation tips for those who are visiting, and his guided tour of the Casa Chopo property was great. The building has such a rich history and the furnishings are absolutely beautifully maintained from the olden 1860s to early 1900s era, when the streets in this neighborhood were cobble stone streets, before railroad cars were the big new thing! "only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned."

"The apartment is in a great location with an excellent layout and nice big windows allowing us to appreciate the surroundings. It was easy to come and go, very safe and secure, and the rooftop views are beautiful! I would most definitely stay again!"

"Price and location - unbeatable! Comfort and amenities - very good! Check-in/check-out process - super easy. Sense of security - Perfect! Cleanliness - only lesser rating of the experience. Bathroom floor, walls and sealer around the tub were not clean. Also, apartment light switches. Apartment would benefit from a deep clean. "

"High ceilings. Airy. No information about rooftop terrace or exercise room. Flickering light bulb. I took it downstairs. Nobody told me it eas MY responsibility to text the owner. Sad almost dead plant. Cheesy plastic orchid in bathroom. No information about great local history and culture resources. Apparently no staff training. But I'd stay again."

"The apartment itself is nice but cleanliness is non existent and i has to clean myself. The flat is a heat trap and guest experience from Kukun does not care. The air con unit does not work and you have 34degreed centigrades throughout the day. Completely unacceptable when they describe it as a luxury apartment"

"The property was exactly as described. It has all the amenities that you need, including a small gym and indoor swimming pool. It is a very nice and safe area in the heart of Mexico City. It is walking distance from the Zocalo, National Palace, Palacio National de Bellas Artes, and other great attractions. The property owner responds to your inquiries right away and is very professional and friendly! Highly recommend it!! "

"I really enjoyed my stay, nearby area was safe. Although at night it is noisy but an easy fix with earplugs. Angel of statue is about 15 min walk. For the zocalo 30 mins via uber. Also laundry place is nice since it is free and laundry detergent is provided. Definitely would stay again."
