"I learned the hotel was first built 1876, the first in Germany to have electricity for lighting and the first in Frankfurt to have a landline for long-distance calls. That's pretty unique! Staff is very responsive, courteous, and pleasant. Rooms were a nice size, all clean. Easy walkable access to many things. After we figured out the underground (it's massive), had access to a spot across town a bit. "

"For an airport hotel the Sheraton is quite luxurious. Because I am a Bonvoy Gold Elite member they upgraded my room to the top floor, asked if I preferred a room near the elevator or not, and a room with a nice view. The bed was firm, yet comfortable and I loved the sheets and bedding. They had a Nespresso machine with coffe pods as well and I received a free dessert or drink. I would stay just to have a staycation there. "
