Through a private driveway, accessed by an electric gate with remote control or access code, you arrive at the property. The 70-m² Villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and one triple bedroom with bunk beds), a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink), and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchenette has an electric and microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee maker. A safe is available. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, 50" TV, air conditioning in the rooms, and a washing machine.
The covered veranda has a large table and chairs for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners overlooking the pool. Completing the relaxation area is a sofa with two comfortable armchairs, all sheltered by fabric curtains that preserve its intimacy and create pleasant shade.

The jewel in Villa Luna's crown is a small pool (mt. 3x3), only 30 cm deep, connected to the larger pool, suitable for the play of younger children (under adult supervision) and also reserved for pleasant moments for all.
Two Solariums, with sunbeds and umbrellas, surround the pool.
One parking space is available on the property and free street parking is available.
The property is 200 meters from the market, pizzeria and restaurant; 300 meters from the pharmacy; 900 meters from the Sant'Anna pine forest and the beach with restaurant and services. Budoni is 3km away while Olbia is about 30 min by car.
