The cleanliness could have been a bit more thorough and the spa didn’t work for the majority of our stay (though it was super super hot so we didn’t need it on). "I’ve stayed here twice and have now booked a third trip. The house is perfect for large friend and family gatherings. Our 11 kids spent most of the 4 days in the pool and spa, and the pizza oven got a workout. The attention to detail makes all the difference, for example heating the pool, great kitchenware (actual sharp knives!) plenty of towels, both firm and soft pillows, and the list goes on.Would recommend. "

"Wonderful location. Wonderful home. Even the wild weather was spectacular. Unexpected issues: 1. The dishwasher and microwave had not been cleaned for a long time and we had to do this. This should be done after every renter. 2. Insufficient bin liners. 3. A vase of dead flowers was on the table when we arrived. 4. There was insufficient toilet paper for our stay. 5. The TV in the lower lounge area should be set up with free to air channels."

"Lovely, cozy, interesting. Very well located to Fitzroy Falls, which has some nice walks. Numerous wineries within 10 to 30 minutes drive. Host is intriguing, helpful, near by but not imposing. Kitchen is pretty limited - yay!Hooved neighbors were good listeners. "

"Overall we did enjoy our stay but would choose a different house next time. It’s just a short walk to Callala beach which is a lovely area. We did unfortunately find a few issues with the property. Keys didn’t work we had to use the cleaners key. Listing stated 2.5 bathrooms which it does have but picture shows 3 toilets there is only 2. No plug for the bath. BBQ needs a good clean! No door on the bunk room in the granny flat which is not ideal when positioned right next to a bathroom. Last of...
