"Location is great, lake at back door, good food is a 3 minute walk away, paddle boards and surf skis were great fun, spa needs a bit of time to heat up, so plan ahead there. All in all great place to stay, hope to return one day."

"The kitchen and bathroom were clean on our arrival but the rest of the house especially the floors and carpets were filthy. There were no brooms, mops or working vacuum cleaners for us to do the cleaning. The outside areas were unusable because the backyard was poorly maintained and the front yard could not be used for children or dogs because the front gate was rusted and fallen over - being on a main road made this dangerous. The property was not cheap and other properties are offering better...

"Short 1 night stay. Very cosy little place with everything you need. Little treats thrown in and Julie was kind enough to give the kids some Easter eggs. Short walk to lake and shops . Beds were comfy also. Thanks."

"Overall we were very happy with the property for our girls weekend away. Our only negative is that we didn’t utilise the back garden because the outdoor furniture was covered in spider webs. A good clean and spruce up of these would be appreciated I’m sure for future guests. Thankfully the front patio was great, we loved sitting out there and listening to the waves. Very close to shops, lake and the pub. Lago Cucina restaurant above the pub was amazing!"

"The place looked nice enough on entering but we discovered the following: 1. There was no air conditioning except one bedroom on the top floor and the air con in the living area didn’t work. We discovered later that the filter had not been serviced and was full of dust. The owner refused to get a technician even after Christmas. We had to do a 1 hour round trip on Christmas Day to collect 2 small (and totally ineffective) fans from her place. Then on Boxing Day she dropped off 3 new cheap and...

"We had a lovely stay. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and space to come together for meals and board games. The kitchen is the best appointed kitchen we have come across in a holiday house, everything you could need to cook and even bake. Couches for all to read, relax or watch a movie. Short stroll to the beach and lakes but recommend the short drive to Soldier's Beach if you like to swim. We had a very relaxing time. The dog had plenty of space to run around. Michael is an...
