"Decent hotel for the price, quick and friendly service. Room was clean and comfy, albeit a bit dated in decor. There is no way to control the temp in the room so every so often hot hair blasts though the vent. At times it was far too warm and it’s mad to not have temp control in 2025. Luckily I had a balcony room so I could open the door, no idea if non balcony rooms have opening windows. "

"THIS IS OUR PREFERRED HOTEL IN BUCHAREST, AND FOR YEARS WE WERE MORE THAN PLEASED. THIS TIME WE FOUND OUT THAT MAINTENANCE OF FACILITY HAD DETERIORATED : - DOORS OF THE WARDROBE IN THE BEDROOM WERE STUCK, AND COULD NOT BE USED, ALTHOUGH ATTEMPTS TO FIX IT. - TO TOILET SEAT WAS LOOSE AND NOT PROPERLY TIGHTENED, AND SEAT SLIDED AND WE SLIPPED OFF THE SEAT. Great hotel, will stay again

"Lovely hotel. And very friendly attentive staff. Comfy and clean, and absolutely nothing to improve on my side. My only “complaint” was that I arrived very late, was jet lagged and hungry, checked into my room, and read the folder provided that said room service as available 24/7, so had a shower, washed my hair first before ordering. Picked up the phone to order around 23:20 to be told it’s no longer available and I would need to use an app such as bolt food to order. This was a little frustrating to me as otherwise I would have ordered earlier. So they should update their folders in the rooms. But other than that? It was a lovely stay! "
