Fantastic hotel. Wish I knew it wasn't good for limited mobility people. The only way in or out of the hotel is using steep stairs. Don't stay there if you don’t like stairs.

Very good stay - central location, walkable to main sites and close to public transport. We stayed here while visiting the Christmas markets and it was such a convenient location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Work recommend when visiting Budapest, especially the Christmas markets.

Very well located Hotel, you can go everywhere from there just walking, also we enjoy the breakfast, and the room with terrace has very nice vienes. The hotel workers were very nice and help us with everything.

Had a great stay. Location perfect for transportation and walkable. The only issue we had was an hour before our check in on route to the hotel we were notified they could no longer accommodate us and they moved us to a new location in their chair (further from city). Being confused, we made our way to the hotel to find out more but during arrival/check-in nothing was mentioned by staff and our reservation remained unchanged. Our check in was smooth from that point so confused is an accurate description of the events. Apart from that our stay was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

a very good hotel
Me and my husband came with 3 more couples. The hotel is located in a great central location, close to many attractions we visited. The bathroom can be better (thin towels and the same bottle of soap and shampoo). The room was clean and good and the stuff were very polite.

Leonardo is now a brand I will seek out.
Stayed in the patio suite on the top floor. Amazing views, not too noisy despite being central to a nightlife hotspots waterfront and ruin bars. Great public transit access. Clean and thoughtful great space to come back to. Clean linens and great big windows. This was one of two Leonardo's I stayed in on my trip and both were superb they are now a top brand I will look for.
