"These people are thieves. Don’t book this “hotel”, it’s a death trap. When I called it out, the manager used his limited English to say No Refunds. No attempt to right the issues. Thieves. Expedia have wiped their hands off it. Book elsewhere."

"Our stay started with the receptionist saying I needed to pay again even though the booking was prepaid. Eventually after contacting hotels.com this was resolved but he walked away from me and refused to deal with the issue until the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was infested with wasps and although there were others to use and it was eventually resolved, it wasn't ideal. The room felt comfortable and spacious but the plugs were a little temperamental and there was no air conditioning....

"It is located in such a convenient place! We walked to most of the places of interest. Being right at the edge of the Jewish Quarter the streets were full of restaurants and cafes. There is a supermarket within 2 minutes, and the bus stop from the airport is also only a few minutes walk. The flat was spacious (We took 2 bedrooms for 3 of us) and comfortable. The only complaint was a shower head which was not facing the right direction, but only a minor issue. People at the reception were very...
