"The key to the Villa was not under the mat as advised in email and someone else was staying in that Villa anyway. Walked down to the cellar door to get a number for the Contact person as we did not receive a SMS. We were advised to choose another villa to stay in. This took about an hour of our time after arriving from a long day travelling. Needed to empty the dishwasher on arrival. Beautiful setting with wonderful views. Spacious & comfortable. We would stay again."

"First impressions of this property were not great, but once we got inside it was lovely! Comfy beds and nice cozy clean place. Outside however was a different story. Grass was not mowed, garden overgrown, an old car parked there making us think someone was at the house, the yard is a mess, verandah half overgrown by the fig tree. This all made us think we’d pulled up at the wrong place at first. But we still enjoyed our stay it’s in a lovely spot."

"Our first stay at the Mill Cottage will definitely not be our last. Everything about at our stay here was exceptional. Susan and Rob were wonderful hosts, so friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention the freshly baked bread. Thank you!! Richmond is a beautiful small town, and the mill cottage located next to Australia's oldest bridge is the perfect location to explore (and a great place to get some beautiful photos. Thank you so much Susan and Rob for your hospitality."

"We stayed 7 nights in total. Can not fault this property. Perfect for my adult daughter and myself. Two very comfortable, spacious bedrooms, good bathroom and kitchen facilities, and very comfortable living area. Very pretty garden to look out on with the roses in full bloom. Perfect location, walkable to everything we needed locally, beautiful river walk. A car is a must for independence. Very easy area to drive around and plenty of places to explore. "This place is amazing and is by far one of the best places we have booked and first time with Wyndham . We had 2 Adults , 2 teens and a 10year old and there were activities to cater for them all .
