Villa 'Architektenhaus Mit Pool Am Wald' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

My architect-designed house, which I built myself in 2019, is a great attraction, especially for families with children - located right next to the forest, with a private pool and its own playground. On 172 sqm of living space with 5 rooms, there is a lot to discover here.
The outdoor area offers 1100 square meters with direct access to the forest, without a road - pure nature. Here children can play on their own and animals can roam freely.

Please note the following BEFORE booking:
1) The house has a central ventilation system and therefore the floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floor are closed. It is suitable for allergy sufferers (pollen and house dust). Ventilation can be provided on the upper floors via the skylights.
2) Complete blackout is possible in the bedrooms, there are blinds in the sleeping area on the top floor, but it remains somewhat bright.
3) The exterior of the house is under video surveillance everywhere, as it is located near the forest. The cameras can be switched off if desired.
4) The staircase to the upper floor has NO railing, but all stairs have child safety gates. Child safety locks can also be provided for the sockets.
5) There are personal things of my children and me in the house, it is not a pure vacation home, but also offers a top equipment with everything your heart desires!
6) In the event of a problem with the internet or fuse box, I may have to enter the separate utility room at the back of the house. But I announce this in advance.
7) The garden shed at the back of the property is partly used by me to store bicycles, pool equipment and garden tools. In the event of a longer rental, I must be able to manage the pool and garden by arrangement.
7) Dogs are welcome here, please note in case of allergies.
8) The house has a possibility to charge electric vehicles.
