Mein Eindrücke vom Zimmer sind Positiv. Ein großer Wellness Bereich den ich aber nicht Nutzen konnte Aufgrund Gesundheitlichen Problemen. Die Restaurants sind sehr innovativ Ausgestattet und Versprühen Charme und Noblesse. Ich kann dieses Wellness Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen ! "

" Very little English speaking staff at front desk. Changes in lobby bar hours/services with no warning. They had no shampoo/conditioner in room but had shower caps despite no shower in room. Reserved a queen bed room and given a loft with spiral steps to bedroom on second floor, not mentioned I reservation. Loft warm with only a small window and fan for ventilation. "

In that case they should put the free water in the fridge instead of putting it on the table so it gets varm. Last thing was the juice at breakfast. It seams that the first juice in the morning are from the day before (99% sure) i think it's because there is a automatically juice refill machine. So they don't empty the bottles and...

"Everything and anything in the castle stinks with cat urine! The sanitation department should check this place. A cat killed a mouse right in front of us in the "lobby"... The "apartment" rented to us was not a true rental, it was someone else's full time apartment that was cleaned for us. It had all the articles of the owner. Really gross. The people who live and work there really try hard and are nice, but not disclosing the cat pee stink and the fact that the property was someone's permanent...
