"The house is in an excellent location, quiet and yet close to attractions of the black forest. The landlady was very nice. The kitchen is very well equiped, with all you need for cooking and eating your meals at home. There's also a washing machine, that's very helpful if you're traveling for a long time. There's a very nice garden with a courtyard. The only problem was the basement floor. There's a big bedroom there with a shower, but we could'nt be there. It's very cold there and the smell was...

The owners were very helpful and the property was spotlessly clean and set in beautiful gardens. We ate on the balcony and enjoyed the vista. Everything was exactly as you would wish for with modern design and lovely beams. I can highly recommend this apartment and the surrounding area was stunning. We wish we had booked for a week. "Wir waren mit 20 Personen in der Unterkunft um unser Sommerfest zu feiern. Die Lage ist super, 5min mit dem Auto vom Südufer des Kirnbergsees entfernt. Supermärkte waren mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen. Für 20 Personen war ausreichend Platz, sowohl an dem großen Esstisch, als auch im Wohnbereich und draußen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen"

"Die Betten (Schrankbett) waren mit insgesamt 1,60 m Breite für ein älteres Ehepaar sehr schmal. Der Wasserkran in der Küche an der Spüle war nicht gut angeschraubt und wackelte sehr stark. Eine Tür am Unterschrank der Spüle war defekt und fiel fast raus. Ansonsten lag die Wohnung sehr zentral und hatte einen großen Balkon."

"Die Wohnung bietet viele Betten, allerdings ist die Ausstattung der Küche sehr minimalistisch. Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach gehalten. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig."
