The Space:
Experience the magical elegance of Flowers in Wonderland, HOLT’s vibrant 2BR flat, where everything was designed with the luxury traveler in mind. The apartment can host up to 6 comfortably with a king-sized bedroom, a queen-sized bedroom, and also a sofa bed in the living room. Equipped with air conditioning and heating in both rooms, countless entertainment options with our Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment sits on the edge of Old Town, a perfect location. Old Town is in the heart of Bucharest, and has the pulse of the city. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés, and the romantic feel make the Old Town a most enticing area of the city. Being on the north edge puts you just outside the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores.
Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. The building is just a 5-minute walk to the subway station Piata Universitatii, and within a very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, and taxis. There are also bike and scooter sharing companies and, of course, ride-hailing services like Uber.
Other Things to Note:
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the apartment. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.
Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, SMS, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
