Not really pleased
The staff is welcoming, but the rooms have no refrigerator and the bathroom no hair drier, a minimum standard everywhere else in the country, where we traveled, and a minimum standard for the price we paid.

HOTEL CARO HOROSCOP, ESPECIALLY THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL. I RAN INTO DIFFICULTY AT ONE POINT AND ONE EMPLOYEE IN PARTICULAR WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WITH THAT PARTICULAR SITUATION. MY ONLY QUALM WAS THE PRICE OF THE BREAKFAST. ALTHOUGH IT WAS A FULL BREAKFAST, ANYTHING YOU WANT, IT COST 10 EURO PER DAY. MAYBE I READ IT WRONG OR I WAS MISINFORMED, I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS GOING TO BE QUITE SO EXPENSIVE, BUT APART FROM THAT THE HOTEL AND STAFF WERE GREAT. THANK YOU.

Blev positivt förvånad när jag anlände - ett mycket bra hotell till ett förmånligt pris, trivdes så bra att det blev en extra natt där. Super trevlig och hjälpsam personal samt stora rymliga rum. Några stationer med T-bana till hjärtat av Bukarest (ca 13 min), dock finns det ett stort köpcentrum ett stenkast från hotellet. (Bodde på många hotell runt om i Rumänien och alla var överraskande bra - Längtar tillbaka dit!)

Really disappointed by this second reservation. The first was really a good memory, this one seems to be a nightmare. Carpet was dirty, bathroom was moldy, the bed was frightening, I never knew if it would stay in one pice each time i sat on it, and the TV image quality bring us back in the 70'. Only the staff was as the first time, really quick and professionnal.

Ganska slitna rum men acceptabelt. Badrummen kan ha olika små defekter. Helst prisvärt om man bara vill ha ett ställe att sova några timmar per natt.

we arrived at 2 oclock in the Morning, we did not find anything to eate for example to buy from the hotel or arround the zone of the hotel, it is in an area that nothing can be found arround. I advice you to take your food with you if you arrive at night to this hotel.

Dejligt hotel med rimelig beliggenhed
Hotellet ligger i et område hvor der ikke er meget at se på men til gengæld er det nemt at komme ind til byen med Metroen som ligger 10 min fra hotellet. Transport til byen med Metro koster 3 kr og med Taxa 22 kr. Morgenmaden på hotellet er for dyr og der er ikke mange smil at hente fra personalet i receptionen, men servicen er ellers ok.Værelset og rengøringen er helt i top.
