False advertising
Instead of an ocean view, we backed onto a 4-lane highway. Constant noise and dust meant we had to keep the windows closed. We had water problems: one day with no water at all, one day with no hot water and a bathroom leak for several days. There was a homeless man sleeping on our doorstep and he kept leaving his garbade stewn all over. Overall dark and dingy inside.
