Welcome to Casa del Viento, your perfect getaway in Bucerías’ Golden Zone. This charming, old-Mexican-style home is a spacious retreat, featuring 3 separate living spaces within the same property. Each floor (3 floors total) has its own living area and fully equipped kitchen, giving your group ample space to unwind. With a king bed and two full-size beds on each floor, there’s plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. In total: 3 king-size beds and 6 full-size beds.

The outdoor space is a true highlight. The large private pool is perfect for cooling off during sunny days, while the garden is filled with lush tropical plants and palms, offering a serene and refreshing atmosphere. Whether you’re grilling up dinner by the pool or enjoying a quiet moment in the garden, you’ll find plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the warm weather.

TOTALLY PRIVATE: Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire property, including all 3 floors of the house, the private pool, garden, and enough parking spaces for multiple cars. The property is completely private, so you won’t have to share any areas with others during your stay.

You’re just two blocks from the beach, two blocks to an Oxxo minimart and a short 6-block walk to Chedraui, the nearest grocery store. Take a stroll through the charming streets of Bucerías, or drive to nearby beaches and attractions.

Getting Around:
The home is ideal for guests who drive or rent a car, as there are multiple private parking spaces available. While Bucerias is very walkable, having a car will allow you to explore the wider area, including nearby towns like Sayulita, Punta Mita, downtown Puerto Vallarta, and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.

Enjoyed our time in Bucerias
Diego and the beach please staff were wonderful to work with during our stay. Good things Size of house and property-great 6 bedroom 3 kitchens 4 bath plus pool half bath Parking 4 cars at least Location for nice beach-2 block walk excellent beach sand great-water is kind of cloudy due to sand snorkel would not be very clear here-water temp great-waves swim able for kids-shallow grade beach into ocean Restaurants nearby great -grocery store great Communication with property manager great-Diego was very helpful! Clean-average to above average-not spotless-we were a last minute booking and arrived early to the house Security great-could not figure out the safes ever-staff made a point to only enter house when we were at home Internet great except on 3rd floor Seems like the property is in the process of being updated and remodeled as is the entire city of a bucerias. Second floor is the nicest- 3rd pretty good-1st floor is the oldest but still functions well Value for price paid-about 3.7 stars-average compared to other houses in area-if you want brand new on the water-your gonna pay more for it-if your ok with a little older and a 2 block walk to beach-perfect Bad things 2 of 6 air conditioners quit running inoperative 2nd day of our stay-Diego and the house team and electricians worked hard to get the running again and they did get it running again on day 4. Washing machine broken-no spin cycle-not fixed yet-error code 4 3rd floor windows need Shades
