The apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a 43" Smart TV, a large closet, and a full bathroom with a "rain" type shower. There is a private balcony overlooking the pool with outdoor chairs to enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, an electric oven and has all the basics for cooking and eating such as glasses , plates, wine glasses, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc. The living room has a sofa bed ideal for one more guest to sleep comfortably, with a Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a second full bathroom. All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building. The on-site Concierge team will be available during your stay at the Bay Property & Rentals office open from 9am to 5pm and also by phone. LIFE Bucerias is near "Riviera Nayarit" Boulevard, where you can catch public transportation during the day. There are Taxi and Uber services available 24/7. *There is one cleaning service included for every seven nights of stay. If you are staying for less than seven nights and you'd like cleaning service, it can be scheduled for an additional cost. *This apartment does not have a parking space but you can rent one for $150 pesos per night (subject to availability). *Beach chairs and umbrellas are rented separately.
*A cleaning is included in the reservation of more than 7 nights not including laundry, the additional cost of laundry is $33 mexican pesos x kg, personal clothing is not washed. if your stay is less than 7 nights and you want a cleaning in the unit you can schedule one with additional cost.
