"The place is clean in general but now they are no longer making it a priority to maintain the place. I arrived and the room had pillow cases not ironed and the duvet cover was torn from inside. Early in the morning there was no water at all. Had to ask for a bucket and get water outside from the main tap to bath which was cold."

"Excellent service. Might be better if they recognised returning loyal customers BEFORE they arrived."
