"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

"We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). Thankfully I read a review about the mosquitoes so we came well...

"This place is a treasure! Beautiful views and a lovely clean home with everything we needed. The pool was immaculate and the backyard was the perfect shady spot to relax. Homemade bread, a bottle of vino, and chocolate! Rita made our stay perfetto!!!"
