Relaxing Vacation getaway in peaceful mountain setting

Location:
Located in a gated community just a few minutes from the Almond Boat Park on Fontana Lake, or Tsali Recreation Center, 20 minutes from White Water Rafting on the Nantahala River, about 25 minutes from Bryson City and 35 minutes from Cherokee.

Access Road:
Cars and Most All Vehicles- Paved and hard packed gravel sections on a well maintained mountain road, Switchbacks and moderate to steep incline sections possible, no washed out section. are not considered 'Motorcycle Friendly'.

Exterior:
This 2-bedroom log cabin mountain home is set apart and semi-private. There is plenty of parking in the gravel lot by the cabin entrance. The outside deck has comfortable seating for four guests, a gas grill and access to the hot tub. At the side of the cabin is an in-ground fire pit area with seating for six guests

Entry Level:
When you enter this log home, you will notice the modern rustic decor making it very inviting to come in and relax. The dining area is to the right, with seating for four, and the kitchen area is to the left, with seating for two at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and is stocked with all the dinnerware and cookware needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. Continuing passed the Dining area, is the Living Room with Gas-Log Fireplace, which is surrounded by comfortable over-stuffed chairs and a leather sofa. There is a flat screen TV with Satellite service. A Queen Bedroom is on this Main Floor adjacent to the Kitchen, along with a Standard Bathroom.

Upper Level:
A set of stairs is off the living room and leads to the loft bedroom. This bedroom is open to the downstairs and has a king size bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a jetted tub. From the loft area you have a view out the large windows across the living room below. It also has a walk-in closet for storage of personal belongings while you are here.

This cabin is PET FRIENDLY. If you are bringing a pet along for your visit, there are maximum pet restrictions set by the individual cabin owners, so be sure to inquire what the restrictions may be for your cabin if you are planning to bring more than one pet with you.
