Our stay was relaxing and restful . We have had a lot happen lately in our family and needed a little R&R, which is exactly what we got. The best part was sitting on the porch watching my grandson fish. The house was clean and beautiful. Best part it was right on the river. Close enough to town to get whatever was needed.

Great Weekend Getaway

Loved this property! So close to Bryson city downtown and also super convenient to Deep Creek Trail. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. This would be a great rental in summer when tubing is at its peak.

The property was really clean, a perfect location and so pretty right on the creek. The house had everything we needed and was close to everything Bryson City had to offer. We loved the creek, hot tub and porch!

Beautiful property! Perfect location for exploring the Swain County - GSMNP area. We vacationed with our daughter's family - kids ages five and twelve and the house was ideal. Steven and Sue were great hosts. Look forward to our return visit!!

Peaceful Getaway

Rest and relax
The home was beautiful and comfortable. We all had space to gather together or have quiet time in a space to ourselves. The covered porch was where we gathered most, it was especially nice on the day we had rain. Listening to the creek running by and enjoying fires at the fire pit in the evenings. It was exactly what we were needing. Very convenient to the Bryson City area, NOC was close enough that some in our group were able to go kayaking for the first time and loved it! Were looking forward to returning.

It was nice
It was a rustic farm house on the river. It worked out pretty well for our family. The river was not “fishable” at the time we were there in March and that was the reason why we stayed there. Kids liked the hot tub and porch swing.

Perfect place for relaxing but also close to fun!
Took our 3 kids to NC for fall break and had the best time. This is an amazing property, the bunk room was a HUGE hit! It was so relaxing and the creek was a blast to play in! Had a wonderful time roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories around the fire pit! The highlight for the adults was the rocking chairs and woodstove on the back porch. Perfect for morning coffee and evening puzzles! The other amazing part is the location to the park, amazing hikes and picnic areas. We will definitely stay here again!

An amazing cabin in a wonderful location
We absolutely loved this cabin! It was so close to town, but far enough away to feel secluded. The creek was literally in our backyard! My favorite thing to do this past weekend was to lay on the swinging bed on the porch and listen to the relaxing sounds of the creek. The National park entrance was less than a mile away, where we hiked to waterfalls and enjoyed nature. We also drove to some other trails and were Lucky enough to spot an elk while we were hiking. Bryson City is such a quaint little town, and we fell in love with the area. We will definitely be back and would 100 percent book this cabin again. Being able to bring out dogs was a great added bonus as well. Just make sure you research and see what areas of the National park allow dogs on the trails!

Wonderful Stay on Deep Creek at Water's Edge
This review is for Water's Edge. We stayed in Water's Edge due to work being done at Creekside Quarters. Water's Edge was a perfect home for our stay in Bryson City! Communication with the owners was excellent and easy. The location is great; close to the city and its amenities with a far away feel. Having our morning coffee while on the back porch listening to the creek was amazing. The pool table was a welcome suprise and was enjoyed by everyone in our family. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already recommended it to family and friends!!

Creekside tranquility
This home in the setting was exactly what my husband and I needed! The setting was remote enough so that we were not bothered but also close enough to town that we could enjoy restaurants, shopping and local activities. The home was very inviting, beautifully decorated, And had everything that you could need at your disposal. The covered back porch with the huge swing overlooking the Creek was our favorite place to be everyday and night! We cannot recommend this place enough!

Ultimate Fun & Relaxation on Deep Creek
The perfect location to relax and let your children entertain themselves in the cool waters of Deep Creek. Our group included 4 adults and 3 boys ages 7-10. We had a great time staying right on the banks of Deep Creek. Adults were able to relax and enjoy the porch and scenery, while the kids entertained themselves in the water. House was well appointed with everything we needed to make meals. We will definitely return to this property! An absolute favorite!

Delightful
What could be better than rafting down Deep Creek on a July day? Grandkids loved it. The rapids were exciting enough to entertain the teens and our six year old loved the ride, tethered to his Dad. We started in the Smokey Mountain park and ended at our rental. Porch was a fun place to hang out and listen to the creek and watch other rafters. Downtown Bryson City with its shops and restaurants did not disappoint. A great vacation for our family!

Total Relaxation
This home is in the perfect location. It is close to town and to everything our family had planned to do while in the area, but still secluded enough to be very peaceful. It also has the best back porch ever! Sitting on the huge swing and listening to the Creek rushing over the rocks was so relaxing at the end of the day. The chairs by the fire pit were also a big hit. We fished in the creek and actually caught some small fish (which we released back ). It is a beautifully decorated home in a quiet and tranquil setting. The perfect house with enough room for everyone. The owners were kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. This house totally exceeded expectations and our family highly recommends it!!!
