We stayed at the Crow's Nest for the weekend. It was great. The cabin was as described. The road up was a little scary but after we did it was not bad at all! I will return!

Amazing secluded cabin.
Everything about this cabin met and exceeded my expectations! The only thing I would recommend is to improve the directions. We drove up 3 very steep approaches to cabins that were not ours before locating Chimney Rock. I would suggest using the long row of mailboxes as a landmark etc….

Great secluded cabin. One of the cleanest VRBOs we've stayed in. Only complaint would be the mattresses are pretty hard. This would not keep us from coming back though.

Solitude in a remote cabin
Really nice cabin and relaxing setting! Challenging drive up a steep, windy, one-lane gravel road (don't try to do it in the dark for your first try!). Four-wheel drive suggested. Also, there is no wi-fi, landline, nor cell service, so if you need to contact anyone with an emergency or a question (or to check in), you can't. You need ot drive ~15 minutes down the steep, windy, one-track gravel road into downtown Bryson City to talk in-person with the office staff. Other than that, we enjoyed the cabin. remote setting, and easy access to the Smokies and the many waterfalls hikes!

Perfect cabin - completely secluded
I've been staying in cabins the past 22 years. This is THE BEST cabin I've ever stayed in. Completely secluded. Nearest cabin is probably 300 yards away, through woods. We went in November, no leaves on the trees, and could barely see the nearest cabin. The cabin property management is top notch. Extremely easy to work with. The cabin itself is incredible. A lot of love went into building it. The picture book on the counter, about the cabin build, was a joy to look through. We will definitely stay again!! The Rectors

The signs to the property were soly lacking of the roads to turn. Had to stop and ask how to get there plus calling the agents. The bedroom downstairs was like a Wind tunnel every time it turned on! The mattress was horrible. The Utensils in the kitchen were lacking. The lighting over the sink and under the counter tops were very dark. Needs a light. The two TV's in the bedrooms did not work and the main TV was out three days before the guy could adjust it. We did complain to the General Mgr.(Donna in Bryson city) The country side and the trees were wonderful. The setting of the cabin in that enviroment was good. The cabin had beautiful woodwork.

Beautiful but not motorcycle friendly
The cabin is new and very beautiful including a two person hot tub and wood burning fireplace. The cabin is very clean and only about 3.5 miles from downtown Bryson City. The only complaint is that the road to the cabin is not well marked and between the steep grades and gravel road is not recommended for travel with a road motorcycle. I ended up loading the bike each day on the trailer and bringing it to town to off load. The parking at the cabin is very limited and with the long base truck and small stand up trailer there was very little room to turn around, My truck could have made the road in 2 wheel drive but after loosing traction in a few spots I switched to 4 wheel drive and it was much better.

Private getaway
Cabin was great. Very private. Although there was no cell service or wifi, it did allow us to detach from the world. Master bedroom mattress could use an update, sofa was comfy. Balcony had a great sunset view and the horse pasture never got boring to look at. Don’t let the little hot tub pic fool you, there was plenty of room for me and my husband. Places to go too, mountain perks, deep creek winery and rivers end.

Beautiful, clean cabin
We loved this cabin! Our family stayed for a few days and it was close to several things we did in the area. It was super clean and seems very new, even though it’s over 10 years old. Our teens were disappointed that there wasn’t wifi but it really wasn’t a big deal. They adjusted quickly. It is a little tricky to find, even with the management company’s directions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Chimney Rock
Chimney Rock cabin is beautiful, cozy, and private. Just what we needed for a quiet family week away. It was close enough to many activities to keep us busy and the kids occupied. The comfort and amenities of the cabin were wonderful! The pictures on the website do not do this cabin justice! We loved our stay and hope to be back soon. The only suggestions I have for additions would be larger throw blankets for adults, a few additional utensils and dishes in the kitchen, reading material (books, magazines). Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful escape!

Great Cabin! Great Location!
We spent a long weekend at Chimney Rock while the leaves were the perfect fall colors! The location was perfect and the cabin was a perfect fit for our family. We loved the details of the baby gate to block the stairs to the basement area. The backporch was a great place to relax after a day of hiking. Unfortunately, the heater was out on the hot tub which we noticed only after our first full day there. The part wasn't available until the following Monday. So, we didn't get the chance to use the hot tub. Other than that- it was a perfect weekend and we would love to come back!
