This property was very nice, clean, convenient to the town of Byson city! I look forward to booking again at this cottage.
My husband and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway and this little cottage was perfect. Very clean and great location as it is close to town and Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
The house was even more charming than we anticipated. It’s location is very convenient to all downtown Bryson City shops and restaurants, as well as GSMNP!! Highly recommend!!!
The property was just enough for the two of us. The host was great!

This was such a nice cabin. Its rustic appeal was exceeded by the modern interior. Everything was very clean and well kept. It’s also very close to everything downtown. Highly recommend and I’ll be back.

The Cottage was absolutely adorable and super close to downtown! You could even see the little town all lit up for Christmas from the top of the hill.
Christie was so sweet and accommodating! 10/10 for communication!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

This cottage was really nice. I love the Christmas decor it was very detailed. I was expecting it to be more clean. We found a good bit of bugs. It still wasn’t a bad experience we enjoyed ourselves and would revisit.
it’s a teeny cottage right next to the owners main house, so if you’re looking for something super private this probably isn’t for you. But it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted! owners were good about communicating, no one bothered us, and the location was wonderful. the cottage was cozy and very cute :)
This cottage was perfect for my 6 year old grandson and me. We came down on a Friday and rode the Polar Express Saturday evening. As my grandson said when he saw it. "Nannie, it's perfect!" It was decorated for Christmas and there was even a little tree under which Santa was able to mysteriously leave presents! Thanks to our Hostess for an amazing trip!
We enjoyed the convenience to town. We were surprised by the kitchen in that there wasn’t a stove. There was a small sink with a 2 top hot plate under the cabinet. The beautiful stone stairs would have felt safer with a hand rail. Overall, we enjoyed the cabin for its convenience and tidiness:)

Description
This was advertised as 2 bedroom, 1 bath. It is a one bed efficiency studio. Nice but we expected 2 bedrooms.
Convenient to downtown and area attractions, we were in the area to visit waterfalls and it worked out well. Clean, no frills, plus a responsive owner.
I didn't give it a 5 due to being a little dusty and the toilet area being a little dirty.
One thing I want to mention. If you plan on walking to and from anything in town Do Not stay here unless you are young and/or in VERY good shape. The listing gives time to walk to specific locations in town, they might be accurate TO the locations, but the return trip is 100% UPHILL. Definitely not for an older couple or anyone that is not in very good shape.
With that said, the unit itself was fine.
