Delightful, warm living room made for comfort and enjoyment, snuggle by the fire with plush fleece and oversized couch and ottoman. Large 50” Smart, HDR, Fire, flat screen television over the fireplace mantel. Netflix, Prime, CBS and FireTV for television. Skywave for highspeed internet. Lots of windows with the amazing western view make you feel like you are outside enjoying the great outdoors from the comfort of the couch.
Open floor plan kitchen/dining has everything you need and full service to accommodate four guests. Custom made dining table for formal dining with hickory wood chairs, or sit at the granite topped island in the kitchen for a quick bite.
Let Dreamcatcher Cabin catch your dreams while you rest in the master bedroom upstairs with on-suite bath, walk-in shower and granite vanity sink. King sized custom, handmade log bed with 12” memory foam mattress. Second bedroom is on the main level with a queen sized, custom, handmade log bed and furniture. The bathroom has a pocket door for on-suite to the bedroom or open up to the public space for guests.
Outdoor features, include screened in porch with picnic table and (propane) grill. Sit on the porch and use the (propane) outdoor fire pit for evening entertaining. Hot tub on the porch has easy access thru the double sliders on the main.
The sun, stars and moon all have an amazing effect on this home. On a starry night bring your Star Walk II or Planet Finder app to see all the constellations and planets in the western sky. Just about every night there is an amazing sunset.
Lots of local attractions nearby and easy to access. Paddle at the Nantahala Outdoor Center, ride the Smoky Mountain Railroad, play at Harrah’s’ Cherokee Casino and Multi-tainment Center and much more. As you can tell from the pictures of the amazing mountain views this cabin is higher in elevation. The roads are well maintained but due to the incline and the gravel roads we do require AWD or 4WD vehicles. If this Cabin is not available check out our other property in the same community! Absolutely beautiful property from top to bottom. The cabin is amazing. The view is spectacular. Has everything you need. Definitely need AWD or 4WD to get up the hill to the cabin. Loved every minute of it!

Mountain Retreat
This cabin and views were awesome. The only hesitation I had was the ability to control the temp in the home. The temp would not go above 68 degrees and to get it any warmer in the house we had to use the logs. This then overheated the top suite even with the fans turned in reverse to push the heat down. We tried using the Alexa to control but it wouldn't communicate with the downstairs unit. I still highly recommend this place. If that could be fixed or allow the customer to adjust, this place would be a 10/10.

Mountain Hideaway
Beautiful property off the beaten path. The location is great and feels isolated, but still less than a 15 minute drive to Bryson City. As others have mentioned, the 4WD / AWD requirement is not a joke; we had an AWD vehicle with all terrains and still had slippage navigating the washboard section of the uphill to the cabin. Once you are there any of those concerns slip away as you enter to panoramic views of the mountains.

Christmas get away
My wife and I came for a couple of days to enjoy the relaxing mountains and to escape the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. This cabin was perfect for that. Cozy and close to downtown Bryson which is a beautiful small town. We would recommend and would love to come back.

The cabin is great, and the view is breathtaking! Inside was spotlessly clean and the grill, fire pit, and hot tub make the outside even more enjoyable. We loved our weekend here and can’t wait to go back.

Awesome secluded place
Stayed for Polar Express in Bryson City over New Year Eve/Day. Beautiful property not near anyone else. Great views. Hot tub and fire pit overlooking mountain valley was perfect. Weather was great but glad I had my Jeep Gladiator to get around as it is a very rugged road. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The cabin was very clean and had all the things you would need during your stay from the kitchen to the bathroom. The view was amazing! The only thing that was less than desirable was the water pressure. It even cut down to just a trickle (possibly due to peak times of community use) in the showers several times but it was manageable once we figured out how to handle it.

Great mountain retreat
The Dreamcatcher is everything you would expect from a cabin! The views are spectacular! The cabin was clean, except for an ice cream box left in the freezer from the previous occupants and the air filters looked as if they have not been replaced in ages.

Great birthday vacation
We had a blast here for a birthday relaxation trip. The house was private and cozy. Beds were comfy. Our kids loved playing all of the games that were available. The only advice that we would give prospective renters is to make sure that you arrive during the daylight, and have a vehicle with either all wheel drive or 4x4. The cabin road is straight up a mountain gravel road.

Wonderful cabin and views
The cabin was wonderful, seemed really new, very clean and cozy, and really well stocked. I can’t image you could get a better view than the one at this cabin because you are literally almost on the top of the mountain. We all loved the hot tub too! My family had a great time and I would recommend it to anyone with only one caveat, you have got to have AWD or 4x4 and you can’t be scared of mountain steep gravel winding roads. If you are good with that than you can’t pick a better cabin to stay at.

House and view was beautiful. Downstairs bedroom has a cable outlet , but no tv. A small tv would be nice. Also in that bedroom mattress is very firm, not a great mattress. Otherwise, property is wonderful

Perfect Mountain Getaway
We absolutely loved our time at the Dreamcatcher. The cabin was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for the perfect week of relaxation in the mountains. The sunset views from the deck were incredible. The drive into Smoky Mountain National Park was only 20-25 min away, and we enjoyed hiking through the park during the day and relaxing at the cabin in the evenings. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a slow-paced getaway from all the noise and traffic of normal city life. Our AWD vehicle was definitely needed for the steep incline up to the cabin, but we stayed slow and steady and had no problems.

4 Wheel Drive Required
Great property but - the literature said a 4 wheel dirve was recommended. It should say - "a 4 wheel drive is required" due to the hazardous and steep road conditions getting up to the cabin. We had to park our car about a half a mile down the mountain and walk the rest of the way to the cabin. Remax told us who to call to rent a vehicle but were not helpful in assisting us. Sort of left us on our own. A 4 wheel drive is absolutely essential for this property.

Words cannot describe how AMAZING this place is!
First, Jennifer’s communication is spectacular and her help was greatly appreciated. We arrived just one week after WNC floods from Helene! We had zero issues getting to- or staying at the property! PROS: We stay in the mountains 8-10 per year and I don’t think we will ever be able to top the views from this cabin! They were spectacular! The cabin has everything you need for your stay! The bed is comfortable and everything was spotless!! Alexa has the capability to control everything for you- which is fantastic for me because I am completely Alexa dependent in my everyday life. Kitchen has everything you need! Hot tub and fire pit were just the cherry on top! Cons: If you can really find any, the house does have ants. They do not bite, but they are very present! This may be troubling for some, we really could not care less. The Jeep showed an average of a 13 degree grade pitch coming in. Some spots higher or lower. We had zero trouble getting in and out. Like I said - I have a Jeep though. We made it up and down in 2WD. Your car should do just fine if you take your time and enjoy the ride! I really cannot say enough good things about the property! We will be saying again this winter with the kids! Thank you so much for sharing this special place with us!!
