A wonderful home and a great location to Bryce!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The host did so many thoughful things to welcome us, and to make our stay more comfortable. It was a little piece of heaven! We would highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful, cozy, accommodating house to enjoy on an amazing getaway! So amazingly close to the best sites and all the national parks! Incredible care and attention given by the owners. Nice little town with facilities very very close for shopping and supplies.

Beautiful home
We loved staying in this beautiful home during our trip to Bryce Canyon. It was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family.

Kids loved the playhouse!
Very comfortable house and thoughtful hosts! A few friendly cats and a very cool playhouse made our kids never want to leave. Great proximity to the park. We cooked and ordered pizza, but the food options in Bryce were pretty limited. Besides that this was a perfect stay for our three families.

Wonderful stay. Would recommend this place to anyone. Close to Bryce with everything you could possibly need and very kid friendly. We couldn’t get our kids out of the playhouse. And three very friendly cats to play with as well.

Awesome house
This is the most well supplied and comfortable house we have ever stayed in. We travel often. If you are going to Bryce I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Close to everything and a much better experience!

The location of this property is perfect for exploring the Bryce Canyon area. The home is very clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything as far as amenities. We loved watching the deer every morning and some evenings. Great home!

BRYCE VACATION
We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and fully stocked, had a washer and dryer. The only complaint I had was that the beds did not have boxsprings, just mattresses on them. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep due to the fact that the matress was not firm. If you are going to advertise this as Lux then you should have better sleeping conditions. The place was expensive and close to everything at Bryce.

Great weekend getaway
We arrived in the middle of a snow storm and were pretty tired. Finding and entering the home was super easy - the drive and path had been cleared and we were pleased to find firewood ready and waiting for the weekend. There were just 3 of us but we enjoyed the extra space for us and our 2 pups. We had a great weekend snowshoeing through the park. You cannot beat the location and the amenities of this home. What a great stay!

Perfect Location for Bryce Canyon
I cannot say enough good things about our stay in this home. We were a group of 8 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is amazing. It’s very close to Bryce Canyon and there is so much to do and see. The home itself was very clean and extremely well stocked. We enjoyed the Solo stove out back while stargazing. The owner was more than accommodating as we had a serious, unexpected family issue. If you are considering a trip to Bryce, this is the place to stay!!

Excellent Location and Lovely, welcoming vacation rental!
Our family stayed at this vacation home to celebrate my 66th birthday. Our granddaughter is 6-years old and even though she was the only little one, she absolutely loved her stay - the playhouse and play set, as well as the beautiful lawn kept her busy and happy. The extra bonus to her was the sweet cats that roamed the property. Not only is the home well stocked, it's exactly as pictured. The location is one of the best in the areas - we were so close to Bryce Canyon and all the fun activities in Bryce Canyon city. We really enjoyed the back yard and solo fire pit and the front porch was a perfect spot for morning coffee and to watch the deer in the yard. We would stay here again in a minute if we were to visit the area again. Highly recommend.

Bryce Canyon 30k Ultra
We came to Bryce Canyon to run our first Ultras. The house is very clean and relaxing. Great amenities and location. I would stay here again to do an ultra run again or to stay to experience Bryce Canyon parks and trails. We bought food at Walmart and cooked at house but there are a couple of restaurants near house. There are three outdoor cats that hang outside house that are very nice and like to say hi. If you bring your dogs make sure they wont chase them or scare them.

Amazing house right outside Bryce Canyon
The house was fantastic - even better than the photos. Lots of space. Location is great with a view of the lake. Super clean with everything you might need. Third bedroom actually has THREE queen beds (two are bunk-bed style and a third one as well). Our teenagers LOVED the movie-theater style couch in the living room and the excellent Wifi. Managers were very helpful when we had a county-wide power outage during a storm. Showed up with electric lanterns and firewood right away. Luckily power was back on in a few hours and house well insulated, so didn't even get chilly inside. Highly recommend this house - we had a fabulous time with all the comforts of home.
