"Our stay at the Cozy Cumberland Cottage was a fantastic retreat! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Cumberland Gap, making it easy to explore the scenic trails, historic sites, and local dining spots. The cottage itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with charming décor that gives it a rustic, homey feel. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure.That said, there were a few small things worth noting....

"Inside of the house was very nice and very clean. There were no pictures of the outside of the house to help identify it and with the proper address in MAPS it takes you to 202 East instead of 202 West."

"Perfect! Owner was awesome and incredibly responsive. The house was immaculate and ideal for us. Wish we could have enjoyed the fire pit too but we were able to stay high and dry and cozy in the house and avoid the torrential downpours. There is even a nice covered area to get to the carport from the house. Neat historical home close to everything and we were honored to be the first VRBO customer. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back!"

Great value

"Great spot for a place to sleep on a long trip. Huge room, updated, super clean and comphy mattress. No frills like artwork or exra furniture. But not needed for our stay. Only minor complaint was there were only 3 small and thin pillows on a k8ng size bed. But we would stay again for the overall value. "
