Abram, Sunday River ski and golf resort, Mt. Abram Mountain Bike Park, just minutes away. Experience stunning lake and mountain views. Totally renovated interior from floor to ceiling including all new furnishings and fixtures. As seen from pictures of the stunning views, this unique property sits a top a mountain side. Guests should be aware of the steep ledge face and use caution. Guests should keep a safe distance from the edge at all times. This property is not suitable for children or pets due to the steep ledge face. Accommodates up to 6 guests in 4 beds with 2.5 baths. Guests will be required to sign rental agreement
