Another great visit!

This was our second time renting since the house is really perfect for a group- beautiful views, room to spread out, and everything you need. The downstairs bathroom and living room couches could use an update, but are not huge deterrents. We love this place!

Great experience!

We rented this house with a couple of other families. Richard was great. Very responsive and helpful. The house was even better than it looked in the pictures. Spotless, beautiful views, and plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Richard.

Great Property

Property was amazing there was enough space for anything you could possibly want to do. Almost wished it rained out so we could spend a day inside and enjoyed the house.

Perfect Spot for a Group

The house and location was perfect for our four families with 10 kids. Plenty of space, very well-stocked kitchen for cooking big meals, and lots to do inside and out. We hope to go back!

Excellent getaway for large groups

There is a beautiful large yard for a plethora of games, three different entries to water, a large kitchen, and plenty of beds for all! If the weather turns on your there is plenty of space and activities inside from ping pong, billiards, and board games galore.

Great space, close to Sunday River!

We had 14 people stay here for the weekend and we had a lot of fun! And had plenty of space for everyone, indoors and out! Only 30min or less to Sunday River and the frozen lake was easily accessible to explore. Absolutely recommend!

Great space for a group!

The location was beautiful. While the house is showing some age in areas, it was very comfortable and cute. The layout and game rooms area was perfect for a group— allowing to all be together at once or to different spaces. The fridge is a great size and there is an extra drinks/overflow fridge in the basement. The hot tub was a real treat.

A must see

Beautiful lake house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room inside and out for our four famlies. The view of the water was absolutely stunning. We all enjoyed swimming and jumping off the dock, playing games on the spacious lawn and the hot tub was so relaxing. We will be back again!!

Winter getaway

We went with a group of 5 families over the winter break to ski and celebrate New Years. The location was just as described and perfect for our group and any communication with the property owner received a prompt reply. We plan to rent this property again and maybe even during the summer, to utilize the beautiful lake. Scott

Everything was perfect

We couldn't have asked for a better spot to have a gathering of friends and family to celebrate our daughters birthday...the listing was acurate for all the fun ways to enjoy this a bit campy with rustic country feel yet all the comforts of home style of warmth both indoors and out. Not only were the lake views spectacular, the docks, kyak, canoe, paddle board, row boats, raft, docks made for wonderful lakeside activities ...in the evening to have access to the hot tub just off the deck along with the fire pit for conversation and star gazing after the sun went down. We used the grill for barbequeing and the kitchen was wonderfully appointed with supplies in plentyful numbers to serve all. For those who enjoyed the inside rather to outside, the pool table and ping pong table were a great alternative. We had plentiful towels and bedding. We hope to return someday.

Comfortable House on Beautiful Bryant Pond

We spent 5 days on a ski vacation at the house. Everything is perfectly working, clean and many fixtures are renovated. We cooked every day and there can't be anything imaginable missing in the kitchenware. The division into a main floor and a basement floor was very natural for us and kids were thrilled to have their own game space. The view of the lake was breathtaking - and changing frequently. We just kept looking out the big windows all the time. Thank you for a relaxing, comfortable and beautiful vacation!

Bryant Pond never disappoints

House had everything you would need for a family vacation. Ping pong and pool tables, hot tub, canoes etc all made the stay perfect. Large yard for plenty of outdoor activities and lounging around the fire on the cool nights. We did have a water pressure issue with kitchen sink for a few days but wasn’t a big deal and was addressed. Like some of the other comments, the water hardness was something to get used and caused staining on shower walls so watch washing your clothes for sure. The only one suggestion I would say is to clean or replace the window ac’s which had a lot of black in the vents. Our week was cool so ac’s were not really needed. Overall it was a great time away and a perfect location.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Our Framily had so much fun at this house!! There's so much to do between the pond, pool and ping pong tables, hot tub and more. The property was located within a reasonable distance of everything we wanted to do... skiing, tubing, Snowmobiling and more. Being directly on the pond was great for ice fishing and skating. It's a huge, home that the pictures do not do justice! It's well stocked with anything you need, but bring extra toilet tissue and paper towels as the supply of those was limited and we ran out mid week. I would not recommend washing any white/light laundry as the hard water did stain my lighter clothing that I washed. We would definitely rent this house in the future with our group. Amazing Family Retreat

We had an amazing time Memorial Day weekend, there's something for everyone of all ages. The floating dock, the pool table, and ping pong tables were big hits. The lake is nice and deep off the dock so jumping in was a blast. The property is bigger inside than it looks in the pictures, and there is a nice big flat yard perfect for relaxing and playing yard games. 2 large picnic tables were great for eating together outside. We were a very large group and had an age range from infants to about 70 years old and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of beds to sleep everyone. The canoes and the row boat were perfect for trips out on the beautiful lake. The loon calls and sunrises and sunsets make you feel at peace and connected with nature. Nice fire pit area for circling-up as a family. Overall can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect for a group

Well suited for our group. We were concerned it might be a bit far from Sunday River but the drive wasn’t as bad as expected. It checked all the boxes for us from pool and ping pong (always enjoyed by kids and adults) to space for everyone to eat together and a kitchen to do it in. Owners were very accommodating letting us come in early and very communicative during entire process. The lake is beautiful and I have no doubt this is a fantastic place to be in the summer!
