Abram, offers alpine skiing, mountain bike park and entertainment all year long. Sunday River is an easy drive just 20 mins North with the best and biggest skiing in the East! Bethel 15 mins away offers dining, shopping, golf, a bowling alley, arcade, movie theater, gem museum and so much more. Hiking trails are nearly right outside the front door. Bucks Ledge is right around the corner offering family and pet friendly trail networks, easy to moderate options with vast mountain and water views. Just a couple miles away is another of our favorites, Maggie's Nature Park, a network of easy and moderate trails through a variety of forest types that provide several great views of the surrounding area from open ledges. If you are looking for more challenging options check out Grafton Notch State Park , a public recreation area. The state park occupies 3,129 acres surrounding Grafton Notch, the mountain pass between Old Speck Mountain and Baldpate Mountain. It also features waterfalls and picnic areas. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
